Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare quotations and cost estimates for projects.
* Work extensively on MS Excel for costing sheets & price calculations
* Create vendor comparison sheets and analyze pricing.
* Send technical requirements to OEMs / distributors and collect competitive quotations.
* Negotiate for best prices and lead delivery terms
* Support the sales and presales team with estimation and quotation work.
* Maintain costing data, supplier price lists, and quotation records in Excel.
* Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings when required.
Required Skills:
* Strong MS Excel knowledge
* Good speed in Excel and knowledge of shortcuts & formulas
* Ability to prepare accurate costing sheets and quotations
* Good analytical and price comparison skills
* Basic negotiation and vendor coordination skills
Experience:
- 1 – 5 years in Costing / Estimation / Quotation preparation
Education:
- Diploma / BE in Electronics / Electrical / IT / Computer / Instrumentation or any relevant field.
