Job Title: HR Executive (PF, ESIC)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage statutory compliance including PF and ESIC, handle daily coordination with vendors, and maintain accurate HR data using Excel. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with regular follow-ups and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance) processes
- Ensure timely PF & ESIC registrations, filings, and compliance
- Coordinate with consultants/vendors for PF & ESIC-related activities
- Make daily calls and follow-ups with vendors for updates, submissions, and issue resolution
- Maintain records of PF, ESIC, and employee statutory details
- Prepare and update reports using Excel
- Assist payroll team by providing PF & ESIC data
- Resolve employee queries related to PF, ESIC, and deductions
- Track and maintain compliance deadlines
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or statutory compliance
- Knowledge of PF and ESIC regulations and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Good communication skills for vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with payroll or HRMS systems
- Familiarity with labour law compliance
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
