Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in social media management, paid advertising, and lead generation, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Handle social media posting, content planning, and calendar management
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns and tracking performance metrics
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing posts and creatives
- Initiate professional conversations with prospects and help in booking qualified leads/calls
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
