Job Summary:
This position is accountable to recruitments, Onboarding, Training & development, employee engagement activities, SOP preparation and implementation and Maintaining Current HR records and Databases in an effective manner at SPIL Baddi.
Key responsibilities:
Leadership: -
- Collaborate with site manufacturing and other departments for day-to-day activities.
Recruitment KRAs: -
- On-time recruitment and focus on retention of talent.
- Training & Development of workmen and staff.
- To balance the diversity ratio at the site.
HR Operations: -
- Recruitment as per WP & MPR, Position Creation.
- Shortlisting of CVs, conducting, and arranging interviews of candidates with stakeholders.
- Generate & release Offer letters to selected candidates, Background check, feedback and onboarding formalities.
- New joined candidate’s induction, provide buddy, and onboarding confirmation.
- Organising training schedules of employees; giving training, both verbally and by presentation medium
- Ensure pre- employment medical checkup of newly joined employees
- Maintaining Current HR records and Databases effectively
- Handling all the QMS activities such as preparation and implementation of SOP’s, Documentation - JD’s and Organogram.
- To ensure timely processing of bills- verify contractual attendance in the system, process salary, raise PR/PO and after service entry, hand over the bills to the finance department for payment to the vendor.
- To motivate employees for participation in the Suggestion scheme, Employee relations, grievances handling and employee counselling for smooth transition of workflow.
- To plan and execute the employee engagement programs and initiatives at the site to enhance workplace culture.
- To arrange Skill development program for workmen & staff.
- To arrange the Posh committee and works committee meetings.
