GD Goenka Healthcare Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiac Care Technology Faculty to deliver high-quality training to students enrolled in healthcare programs. The faculty will be responsible for academic delivery, practical demonstrations, student assessment, and ensuring compliance with institutional and healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training for Cardiac Care Technology courses as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Demonstrate cardiac care procedures, ECG monitoring, patient assessment techniques, and emergency cardiac care protocols.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, simulations, and hands-on training sessions.
- Assess students through tests, assignments, practical evaluations, and viva.
- Guide students on cardiac care procedures, patient safety, ethics, and professional conduct.
- Maintain accurate academic records, including attendance, assessments, and reports.
- Support students during clinical training, internships, and hospital postings (if applicable).
- Ensure adherence to academic timelines, reporting requirements, and institutional policies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic audits as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Cardiac Care Technology or a related healthcare field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience in cardiac care units, cath labs, ICU, or emergency care settings; prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ECG, cardiac monitoring systems, emergency cardiac procedures, and patient care protocols.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate students.
- Familiarity with healthcare education standards and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
