Position: Clinical Branding Partner
Position Overview
As a Clinical Branding Partner at VAA Corporation, your primary goal is to drive business growth by nurturing existing clients, addressing their clinic branding needs and promotional activities for doctors across various specialties, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless order execution from inquiry to delivery. You will act as the company’sExpert for B2B customers, ensuring a professional experience, timely communication and proactive follow-up. Your ability to generate revenue and uphold client trust is critical for expanding market presence and building a strong textile brand.
Detailed Key Result Areas (KRA)
1. New Business Development
- Generate new inquiries through calls, emails and personal meetings.
- Maintain a daily client-calling routine to add potential leads to the sales funnel/pipeline.
- Identify and prioritize prospects using the MY MAN principle (Money, Authority, Need).
- Target 1 new enquiry per day for converting leads into orders.
2. Client Relationship & Account Management
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Plan minimum 15 calls, 3 client meetings per day (physical) for product presentations and product discussions.
- Share product updates and seasonal offerings to generate repeat orders.
- Regularly follow up for new orders, approvals and feedbacks.
3. Order Execution Coordination
- After PO confirmation, collect and submit all branding approvals, packaging details and job card inputs.
- Coordinate with merchandising, SCM and procurement teams to ensure smooth sampling and timely dispatch.
- Monitor order progress and update the client on expected timelines.
- Coordinate personally with SCM team for delivery of respective orders on committed date.
4. Payment Collection
- Ensure 90% of payments are collected within the agreed credit period.
- Follow up with client accounts teams for pending invoices and overdue payments.
- Share a weekly collection status update with management.
5. Reporting & Market updates
- Submit daily activity reports before 9:00 PM covering calls, meetings and progress.
- Share weekly plans every Monday before 11:00 AM, including updates on previous tasks.
- Gather market updates on competitor products, pricing and trends and share with management to support strategic decisions.
