We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies, building strong relationships, and generating consistent sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors, clinics, and medical stores to promote products
- Explain product benefits and generate prescriptions/orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned area
- Conduct regular follow-ups and reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and convincing ability
- Ability to handle field sales independently
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Qualification:
- Graduate (Science / Pharmacy preferred)
Salary & Incentives:
