What would you do? Manage master data, metadata, and enterprise hierarchies. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems. Configure and maintain Enterprise Data Management tools (such as Oracle EDM where applicable). Collaborate with business users to gather and understand data requirements. Support data integration, migration, and synchronization between applications. Monitor and resolve data issues and perform root cause analysis. Follow data governance policies, security standards, and compliance requirements. Document data models, business rules, and governance processes. Work with cross-functional teams to improve data management processes. Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.
What are we looking for? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of data governance and master data management. Knowledge of SQL, databases, and ETL concepts. Experience with Enterprise Data Management tools (such as Oracle EDM, Informatica, or similar platforms, depending on the role). Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and best practices. Data Governance and data quality management. Data analysis and reconciliation. Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).
Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain master data by creating, updating, validating, and deleting records in enterprise systems. Ensure data quality by identifying duplicates, correcting errors, and maintaining data accuracy and consistency. Follow data governance policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Review and process data requests from business users within agreed service levels (SLAs).
