About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and driven International Sales Executive to lead business development efforts in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling international clients, a deep understanding of sales cycles in the US market, and a proven track record of achieving targets through relationship management and strategic selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the USA market to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market expansion objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and distributors across the region.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to provide tailored solutions.
- Participate in negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Represent the company in virtual or in-person meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the USA market.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Goal-oriented, result-driven, and self-motivated professional.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours aligning with multiple time zones (USA).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales or handling enterprise clients in the USA.
- Prior international or experience working with remote teams across different geographies.
