Job Title: Photocopier Service Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair photocopiers and multifunction printers at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
Install and commission photocopiers and multifunction printers.
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.
Attend customer service calls within the assigned area.
Replace spare parts and ensure machines are functioning properly.
Update service reports after every visit.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely service.
Coordinate with the office regarding spare parts and service schedules.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in servicing photocopiers or printers. Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply.
Freshers will have a separate offer based on the interview
Basic knowledge of networking and printer connectivity.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
Good communication skills and willingness to travel within Hyderabad and sometimes remotes .
