Job Summary:
We are looking for an FRP Mould / Pattern Executive who will be responsible for developing, preparing, modifying, and maintaining moulds and patterns used for FRP product manufacturing.
The role requires hands-on involvement in mould preparation, pattern development, surface finishing, dimensional accuracy, and coordination with production and design teams to ensure smooth product development and manufacturing execution.
The ideal candidate should have practical workshop experience, good understanding of mould development processes, and strong attention to finish quality and detailing.

Key Responsibilities:
Mould & Pattern Development
● Develop moulds and master patterns for FRP products and components.
● Prepare mould surfaces for production readiness.
● Modify existing moulds based on design or production requirements.
● Ensure dimensional accuracy and finish quality of moulds and patterns.
● Support prototype and sample development activities.
Production Support
● Coordinate with the production team during mould usage and troubleshooting.
● Assist in improving mould efficiency and reducing production defects.
● Repair damaged moulds and perform routine mould maintenance.
● Ensure moulds are cleaned, stored, and maintained properly after usage.
Surface Preparation & Finishing
● Perform sanding, putty work, polishing, and finishing activities.
● Ensure proper surface smoothness and mould release preparation.
● Identify defects such as uneven surfaces, air gaps, cracks, or alignment issues and rectify them.
Material & Workshop Handling
● Handle FRP-related materials, tools, resins, boards, fillers, and workshop equipment safely.
● Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization.
● Ensure proper usage of tools and materials with minimal wastage.
Coordination & Reporting
● Coordinate with design and production teams for new product development.
● Share progress updates on mould development timelines.
● Escalate technical or production challenges proactively.
Salary
₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on candidate skill set and experience)
Skill Requirements
● 1–4 years of experience in FRP mould making, pattern making, fabrication, or related workshop roles.
● Experience in FRP/composite manufacturing preferred.
● Knowledge of hand tools, sanding, finishing, and mould repair processes preferred.
● Candidate should be comfortable with physical workshop activities and hands-on production work.
Performance Expectations
● Timely completion of moulds and patterns.
● High mould finish quality and dimensional accuracy.
● Reduction in production defects linked to mould issues.
● Proper maintenance and longevity of moulds.
● Strong coordination with production and design teams.
