Job Purpose
We are looking for a Technical Service Executive to provide technical support, handle customer complaints, conduct site inspections, and deliver training programs for painters and associates. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer complaint sites to inspect issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Interact with customers and collect feedback regarding products and services.
- Conduct site visits to assess site readiness and ensure basic hygiene standards before project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, contractors, and painters.
- Conduct training programs for new and experienced painters from the APHS panel contractors and associates.
- Maintain training records, complaint records, and other related documentation.
- Monitor and maintain stock of training materials, tools, and implements, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Educate and train team members on product features, applications, and service standards.
- Prepare reports and submit updates on site visits, complaints, training activities, and inventory status.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- B.Sc. Chemistry or M.Sc. Chemistry (Mandatory).
Experience
- Freshers and Experienced Candidates can apply.
Required Skills
- Good Communication Skills.
- Strong Customer Handling and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Ability to Conduct Technical Training Sessions.
- Basic Knowledge of Paints, Chemicals, or Related Products.
- Good Documentation and Reporting Skills.
- Ability to Work Independently and Manage Field Activities.
Additional Requirements
- Own Two-Wheeler is Mandatory.
- Valid Driving License is Mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and customer support activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
