We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled BIM Architect with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BIM modeling, coordination, and architectural detailing with hands-on project experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Architectural BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams for clash-free models.
- Participate in model reviews and coordination meetings.
- Maintain LOD standards as per project requirements.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and documentation when required.
- Support project delivery within timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in BIM Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks (preferred).
- Understanding of BIM workflow, LOD, and coordination process.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹23,063.61 - ₹50,070.02 per month
