Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team in the EV Charging and Solar Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer communication, lead follow-up, client support, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Provide product and service information to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Support sales and business development activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Fluent communication in Kannada, English, and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Academic Counsellor experience.
- Telecalling or Customer Support experience.
- Experience in Solar, EV Charging, Renewable Energy, or related industries is an added advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
