Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell Rapier Jacquard Textile Fabrics across domestic markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base in the textile and garment industry.
- Promote Rapier Jacquard Fabrics to garment manufacturers, wholesalers, traders, exporters, and fashion brands.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable fabric solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Textile background preferred).
- 2–5 years of sales experience in textile fabrics, preferably Jacquard, Dress Materials, Sarees, Kurti Fabrics, or Women's Wear Fabrics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of textile fabric quality, designs, and market trends.
- Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
