We're Hiring: Manager- Finance and Accounts
Location: Thevally, Kollam

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare or hospital sector will be given preference.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance / M.Com / CA Intermediate
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
- Hospital or healthcare industry experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Prepare and analyze financial statements such as Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS)
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Profit & Loss (P&L) Management
- Balance Sheet (BS) Preparation
- General Ledger (GL) Accounting
- Audit Handling and Compliance
