Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and workforce planning across multiple business units. The role involves strategic hiring, stakeholder management, and driving data-driven HR decisions to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership for workforce planning and talent strategy
- Lead manpower budgeting and position planning across business units
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for leadership, niche, and critical roles
- Drive campus hiring programs for Tier 1 & Tier 2 institutes
- Act as HR advisor for role definition, capability mapping, and JD development
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and early-stage employee engagement
- Conduct talent mapping, competitor analysis, and succession planning
- Track and improve recruitment KPIs (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.)
- Manage employee referral and internal job posting (IJP) programs
- Prepare MIS reports and present insights to senior leadership
- Handle vendor management, SLA compliance, and recruitment partners
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of HR experience with strong focus on Talent Acquisition
- Experience in handling large-scale or multi-business hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership interaction skills
- Data-driven HR approach with analytics exposure
- Experience in both strategic and operational recruitment
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
