Academic Centre Manager – WITP BVOC ProgramPosition Overview
The Academic Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and smooth functioning of the WITP BVOC Program at the assigned academic centre. The role involves managing academic operations, faculty, students, documentation, industry coordination, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines and institutional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the BVOC Centre.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the WITP BVOC Program as per prescribed guidelines.
- Manage faculty members, trainers, support staff, and their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Prepare and maintain academic schedules, timetables, attendance records, and student databases.
- Monitor student admissions, enrolment, attendance, academic progress, and overall performance.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, practical training, projects, internships, and other academic activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of student and centre-related records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the university/institution, program management team, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all academic and administrative activities are completed within the prescribed timelines.
- Conduct regular meetings with faculty and staff to review academic progress and operational issues.
- Address student queries, grievances, and academic concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support student counselling, career guidance, placement activities, and industry exposure programs.
- Monitor the quality of teaching, practical training, and student learning outcomes.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of classrooms, laboratories, equipment, and other centre facilities.
- Prepare regular reports related to admissions, attendance, academics, examinations, placements, and centre performance.
- Support promotional and student outreach activities for increasing admissions in the BVOC Program.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, students, faculty, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic standards, and applicable program requirements.
- Identify operational challenges and take appropriate corrective actions in consultation with management.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management related to the successful operation and growth of the BVOC Program.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in academic administration, vocational education, skill development, or centre management will be preferred.
- Previous experience in managing students, faculty, training programs, or educational institutions will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
