Job Description
Primefab Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and develop new customer relationships.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Identify market opportunities and customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits as required.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
