Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with 5+ years of recruitment experience in the Commercial Interior Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for project execution, design, MEP, QS, costing, procurement, planning, contracts, and support functions. The candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Recruit for technical and non-technical positions across the organization.

- Site Engineer
- Civil Engineer
- MEP Engineer
- MEP Lead
- Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Billing Engineer
- Planning Engineer
- Design Coordinator

- HR, Accounts, Administration, and other corporate functions
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate technical knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and salary benchmarking.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and follow up until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality of hire and time-to-fill metrics.
- Develop relationships with recruitment consultants, educational institutions, and industry professionals.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience in bulk as well as niche hiring.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and MIS reporting.
- Good understanding of salary structures within the interior fit-out and construction industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related discipline.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out or Construction recruitment is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
