Job Summary
CADPOINT Nagercoil is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable SAP Trainer to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering SAP training programs, mentoring students, preparing course materials, and helping learners gain practical industry skills. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP modules and a passion for teaching and student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training for SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or S/4HANA.
- Develop course materials, assignments, practical exercises, and project-based learning activities.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions with real-world business scenarios.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and project evaluations.
- Provide career guidance, certification support, and interview preparation.
- Track student progress and maintain training records.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance training quality and student outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FICO/MM/SD/PP/HCM/S/4HANA).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong mentoring and classroom management abilities.
- Knowledge of ERP concepts and business processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online training platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP Certification is preferred.
- Prior training, implementation, or support experience is an added advantage.
