Stalwart Laboratories is hiring 5 ITI Fitters for our pharmaceutical intermediates manufacturing plant.
WORK LOCATION (On-site, Non-negotiable):
Plot Nos. 292–296, Kadechur Industrial Area,
Kadechur Village, Yadagir Taluka & Dist,
Karnataka State – 585221, India.
Candidates MUST be willing to relocate to / work from Kadechur.
Responsibilities:
- Fitting, assembly, and alignment of reactors, pipelines, pumps, valves, and flanges
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment
- Fabrication and repair of SS/MS piping, gaskets, and fittings
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues in reactors, heat exchangers, and centrifuges
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and P&ID diagrams
- Assist in equipment installation, modification, and commissioning
- Maintain maintenance logbooks and comply with GMP documentation
- Ensure safe working practices and use of PPE at all times
- Support production team during plant shutdowns and turnarounds
Requirements:
- ITI certificate in Fitter Trade (NCVT/SCVT)
- Freshers welcome; 1–2 years experience in pharma/chemical plant preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
- Physical fitness for plant-floor activities
