About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure compliance, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, auditing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end financial operations, accounting, and reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Develop financial controls and risk management frameworks.
- Analyze profitability, departmental costs, and revenue performance.
- Support leadership with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage banking relationships, vendor payments, and treasury functions.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Qualifications

CA (Mandatory); MBA Finance preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS, taxation, audits, and financial controls.
