Job Title: HR Generalist – Training & Development & Performance Management
Location: Lower Parel
Working days : Monday to Saturday( 2 Sat’s off)
Work Timings : 10 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Summary
The HR Generalist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee
training programs, maintaining organizational hierarchy structures, and supporting the
performance appraisal process. This role ensures that employees have the skills, clarity, and
performance support required to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate should have
strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in HR operations and
development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Development
Identify training needs through surveys, meetings, performance reviews, and
consultation with managers.
Design, plan, and coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops,
and learning sessions.
Develop training materials, manuals, and onboarding content.
Maintain training calendars and ensure timely execution of programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Manage LMS (Learning Management System) and maintain employee training
records.
2. Hierarchy & Organizational Structure Management
Maintain and update the organizational structure, reporting lines, and departmental
hierarchies.
Ensure job titles, job descriptions, and reporting relationships are accurate and up to
date.
Support workforce planning, role alignment, and structural changes.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure the organization structure reflects business
needs.
3. Performance Appraisal & Employee Evaluation
Coordinate end-to-end performance appraisal cycles (mid-year and annual).
Guide managers and employees through goal-setting, evaluation, and feedback
processes.
Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to appraisal policies.
Compile performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to HR leadership.
Assist in designing performance improvement plans (PIPs) where necessary.
4. HR Operations & Support
Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Support onboarding and induction for new employees.
Handle employee queries related to training, policies, and performance cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR records, systems, and HRMS data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to T&D and performance
management.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, HRMS, and appraisal systems.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Training & Development, HR Analytics, or Performance Management.
Pay: ₹12,637.24 - ₹41,340.88 per month
Work Location: In person
