About the role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Modeler with a strong background in BIM and structural engineering. You will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D models, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting project delivery from concept to construction documentation. Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for structural and BIM-coordinated projects across all design stages (LOD 100–500).
- Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free coordination.
- Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks or BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Produce construction drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from Revit in compliance with project BIM standards.
- Implement and uphold BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific Revit templates, families, and standards.
- Manage and update central Revit files using worksharing best practices and support junior modelers when needed.
- Coordinate with project managers to track model deliverables, timelines, and review milestones.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Revit modeling, specifically in structural or multidisciplinary BIM projects.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering OR Mechanical, Architecture, or a related technical field
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure / Architecture), Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
- Solid understanding of structural systems reinforced concrete, steel, foundations and how they translate into BIM models.
- Experience with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or equivalent project-specific protocols.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary project teams.
