Role Overview
As a Holiday Consultant, you will be the face of Karma Group to prospective members. You will engage with families, understand their holiday aspirations, and introduce them to our exclusive membership and fractional ownership products. This is a high-earning, high-growth role suited for confident, persuasive individuals who thrive in a consultative sales environment.
You will be based at one of our resort locations — meaning your workplace is where others come to holiday.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalised sales presentations to prospective members at resort locations
- Understand client needs and match them to the appropriate Karma membership or ownership product
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high-trust, consultative sales approach
- Meet and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets
- Communicate effectively with families in their preferred language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Hindi, or English)
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Work collaboratively with the team and participate in training sessions and performance reviews
- Represent the Karma Group brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (freshers with exceptional communication skills will be considered)
- Proficiency in at least one regional language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, or Hindi
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and empathetic — able to connect with diverse families
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with resilience and a positive attitude
- Willingness to be based at resort locations (accommodation provided)
- Basic computer literacy for CRM and reporting
- Graduate in any discipline preferred; MBA or hospitality background is an advantage
