Job Title: Machine Operator (Fresher)

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Diploma / ITI Mechanical freshers to join our Production team. Candidates will be trained to operate sheet metal manufacturing machines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year)
- Age: 18–25 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines under the guidance of senior operators.
- Learn machine setup and basic operating procedures.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Perform basic quality inspections on finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the work area.
- Follow all safety rules and company policies.
- Report machine issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and discipline.
- Ability to work in shifts.
