About IwayPlus
IwayPlus is an early-stage startup by IIT Delhi alumni, building the future of indoor navigation. Google Maps takes you to where your car can reach — we take you inside, to exactly where you need to go.
We build intelligent indoor navigation systems for large indoor spaces such as hospitals, airports, railway stations, university campuses, malls, museums, zoos, and public buildings. Our mission is to make every indoor space accessible, seamless, and stress-free to navigate. Indoor navigation is still an emerging category, and we are among the early pioneers building this ecosystem in India.
The Role
As a Growth & Marketing Executive, your mission will be to increase awareness of IwayPlus, generate business opportunities, and support the company's growth initiatives. This is not a traditional marketing role but more of a cross-functional role for someone who enjoys marketing, content creation, and relationship building. You will help increase awareness of IwayPlus, support outreach efforts, and contribute to the company's growth while working directly with the founders.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the founders in marketing, growth, business development, and strategic initiatives.
- Grow IwayPlus's online presence through LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create and manage content across social media platforms, including graphics, videos, deployment stories, case studies, and customer success stories.
- Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential customers, partners, and decision-makers through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Coordinate outreach activities, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling with prospective clients and partners.
- Update website content, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral as required.
- Represent IwayPlus at exhibitions, conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Support hiring activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, business development, or related roles.
- Preference will be provided to people with startup experience
- Freshers with exceptional portfolios are encouraged to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in created content through AI tools.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools
- Comfortable interacting with professionals through calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Highly organized and proactive
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a startup environment

- Experience creating short-form videos and reels
- Experience in lead generation or outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
