We are seeking a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to interact with new leads for franchise enquiries, filter and qualify these leads, and conduct follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Interaction: Engage with potential franchise leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's franchise requirements.
- Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with qualified leads to nurture and convert them into potential franchise partners.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead status, follow-up progress, and conversion rates to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
