We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities across Staffing, Workforce Solutions, Retail Audits, Visual Merchandising (VM), BTL Activations, Merchandising, Payroll, and Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and generate revenue.
- Conduct lead generation through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and present service solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Experience in Staffing, Workforce Management, Retail Audits, VM, BTL, or Merchandising preferred.
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
