Role Overview
As an Operations Executive, you will manage day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts, work closely with support teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth execution of processes. You will play a key role in improving operational performance, solving challenges, and creating better workflows.
What You Will Do

Manage daily operations for assigned client processes

Track key metrics like SLA, productivity, quality, and backlog

Coordinate with clients and share operational updates

Support customer support teams and ensure process adherence

Handle operational challenges and escalations

Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Work with internal teams on automation and operational improvements
What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Operations, Customer Success, BPO, or similar roles

Strong communication and coordination skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Problem-solving mindset with ownership of tasks

Comfortable working with reports, data, and performance metrics

Experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Interakt, Shopify, or Google Sheets is a plus
