Role Overview
We are looking for a relationship-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow enterprise accounts, drive renewals and upsells, and ensure clients maximize value from our AI communication platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts
- Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
- Conduct business reviews and present performance insights
- Coordinate with Product, AI, and Deployment teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and account health
- Track pipeline and account updates through CRM tools
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or SaaS Sales
- Experience in SaaS / AI / CPaaS / EdTech environments preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Basic understanding of chatbots, voicebots, or AI communication platforms is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
