Location: Chartered Accountant Office
Job Summary
We are looking for a sincere, disciplined, and hardworking Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Chartered Accountant firm. The candidate should be willing to travel to various Government departments, client offices, banks, and other institutions for official work and should be eager to learn new tasks assigned by Chartered Accountants and senior staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Government offices such as the Income Tax Department, GST Department, Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Registrar of Companies (ROC), banks, and other statutory authorities to submit, collect, or follow up on documents relating to clients.
- Deliver and collect documents from clients, Government departments, banks, and other organizations as instructed.
- Carry out official errands and travel for assignments entrusted by Chartered Accountants and senior employees.
- Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining office records and documents.
- Ensure that documents are safely handled and delivered within the stipulated time.
- Coordinate with office staff regarding the status of submissions, acknowledgements, and collections.
- Learn office procedures, Government compliance processes, and documentation requirements under the guidance of Chartered Accountants and senior employees.
- Undertake any other office-related work assigned from time to time in the interest of the firm.

Qualification
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher qualification may be preferred).
- Prior experience in a CA office or familiarity with Government departments will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
