We invite application for AY26-27 Academic year for the following faculty positions:
1. JEE Mathematics
2. JEE Physics
3. JEE Chemistry
4. NEET Biology
5. Foundation Mathematics
6. Foundation Physics
7. Foundation Chemistry
8. Foundation Biology
Candidate from South India with good subject knowledge and passion for teaching are preferred
- Good Communication and presentation skills, developing study methodologies, preparation of model questions, Assignments, Practice Questions, Test Papers and Practice Worksheets etc,
- The faculties are required complete the syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction of students, parents and the management
- Contribute in the events, activities, promotional initiatives organized by the management
- Taking classes in assigned centres & schools of ACHARYA COACHING.
- Developing study material for NEET/IIT-JEE and other medical competitive exams.
- Have a Proven Track Record of Executions/ Implementation faculties with experience.
- Handling Doubt sessions for students
- Knowledge over reviewing and enhancing present study material.
- Developing questions for Assignments, Practice tests, Daily Worksheets etc.
- Should plan to conduct extra classes to help weak students and grill good students.
- Complete entire syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction.
- Intention to upgrade the knowledge base by studying new and revised books on subject
- Must have at least one year of teaching experience in a similar field with good track record
Selection Process:
Our selection process involves 3 rounds of Interview’s, Candidates shortlisted in each round will be intimated for next round interview.
- Round 1 – Written Test (MCQ Type)
- Round 2 – Demonstration to Mentors & Technical Review
- Round 3 – HR discussions
Desired Profile of the Candidate: IIT & NIT (preferred) with B Tech / MTech / MSc or other esteemed institutions Maths / Physics / Chemistry / Biology with good teaching experience IIT-JEE, AIEEE, NEET, OLUMPIAD, NTSE, KVPY/INSPIRE and other All India entrance exams/courses

Net Salary range : Foundation faculties : 35,000 to 45000 per Month
Net Salary range : JEE/NEET faculties : 60,000 to 90,000 per Month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
