Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Staff to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote bakery products, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Previous retail or food service experience is an advantage but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection.
- Provide information about bakery items, ingredients, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments.
- Arrange and replenish product displays to maintain an attractive presentation.
- Monitor product freshness and report low stock levels.
- Package bakery products according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales area.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
- Support team members during busy periods and special promotions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shift schedules.
- Previous experience in retail, bakery, café, or food service is an advantage.
Part-Time Sales Staff
Working Hours: 4–6 hours per day, flexible shifts.
Suitable For: Students, homemakers, or individuals seeking flexible work schedules.
Full-Time Sales Staff
Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day, including breaks.
