NoLabels is a premium women's western wear brand redefining accessible luxury fashion, with retail stores in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Amritsar, plus a growing online store. We're building a strong, aspirational fashion brand — and social media is at the heart of it.
About the Role
We're not looking for someone to just post carousels and stories. We're looking for someone who thinks like a brand builder — someone who understands our customer, knows what makes fashion content perform, and can use modern AI tools to create scroll-stopping visuals at speed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Building (Primary Focus)
- Own the visual identity and voice of NoLabels across Instagram and other platforms
- Ensure every post, reel, and story feels premium, consistent, and on-brand — not just "content for the sake of posting"
- Develop monthly content themes aligned with collections, launches, festive moments, and sales (e.g., EOSS)
- Track competitor and aspirational brands to keep our aesthetic and positioning ahead of the curve
2. Customer Segment Understanding
- Deeply understand our core customer — her age, lifestyle, occasions she dresses for, and what she aspires to
- Create content tailored to different segments (college-going, working professionals, occasion wear buyers)
- Use insights from store staff, DMs, comments, and analytics to refine content strategy
3. Reel Content Ideation, Shoots & Scripting
- Plan and script reels end-to-end: hooks, storyline, shot list, captions, and CTAs
- Coordinate and direct in-store and on-model shoots (styling, transitions, trending audio)
- Stay on top of Instagram trends and adapt them to the brand quickly — speed matters
- Maintain a rolling content calendar with a healthy mix of reels, statics, stories, and UGC-style content
4. AI Photo & Video Generation
- Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Canva AI, CapCut AI features) to create campaign visuals, product mockups, and video content
- Generate AI model shots and lifestyle imagery to supplement physical shoots
- Experiment with AI-assisted editing to increase output quality and volume without increasing shoot costs
5. Influencer Marketing
- Identify and shortlist relevant fashion/lifestyle influencers and micro-influencers in the Tricity region and beyond
- Handle outreach, negotiation, and coordination for collaborations, barter deals, and paid partnerships
- Brief influencers on brand guidelines, deliverables, and content direction so output stays on-brand
- Plan influencer content around store launches, new collections, and sale events (e.g., EOSS)
- Track influencer content performance (reach, engagement, footfall/sales impact) and maintain a collaboration tracker
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators for repeat collaborations
6. Execution & Reporting
- Post consistently as per the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and manage community engagement (comments, DMs)
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance; share a simple weekly report
- Coordinate with the store teams and ecommerce team for product availability, launches, and offersMust-Have Skills
- Strong sense of fashion aesthetics and premium branding
Good to Have
- Experience with fashion/apparel or D2C brands
- Basic photography and styling knowledge
- Understanding of Instagram algorithm, hashtags, and boosting/paid promotions
- Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce content needs
