Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in High-Ticket Sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong consultative sales background, excellent communication skills, and experience engaging with CXO-level decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close high-value business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXO-level clients.
- Conduct professional video meetings and client presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate and close premium deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of High-Ticket Sales experience
- Experience selling products/services worth ₹2.5 Lakhs or above
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience interacting with CXOs, Founders, Directors or Business Owners
- Professional personality with excellent presentation skills
Location: Pune
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
