Eligibility:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or Diploma in Special Education from a recognized institution.
- Valid qualification/certification in Special Education as per applicable norms.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Special Educator, preferably in a school setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students with special educational needs and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, therapists, and school leadership to promote inclusive education.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Implement appropriate teaching strategies and assistive techniques to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
