Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Manager (Junior Level) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and supporting overall sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries (walk-ins, calls, leads) and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant wedding planning, décor, and entertainment services.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams (decor, production, entertainment) for accurate planning and costing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM data, track leads, and follow up regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and wedding exhibitions.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (events, weddings, hospitality, or luxury services preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in client presentations and negotiations.
- Basic understanding of weddings/events industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends during events.
