Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee and manage the packaging department in our factory, specifically for the sweet manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and packaging operations, ensuring that all products are packaged efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The Packaging Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team, managing resources, and ensuring that packaging operations meet production targets while maintaining the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Packaging Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the packaging team, ensuring that all sweet products are packaged accurately and efficiently according to production schedules.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of packaging workers to ensure productivity, adherence to safety protocols, and quality standards. Address any issues that arise and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
- Ensure Quality Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all packaged products meet the required quality standards, including packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain Packaging Equipment: Ensure all packaging machinery is operating at optimal levels. Oversee routine maintenance and troubleshooting, and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve any equipment issues.
- Inventory Management: Track packaging materials and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained to avoid production delays. Order packaging materials as needed and manage the consumption and storage of supplies.
- Production Scheduling: Work closely with the production team to coordinate packaging schedules, ensuring that packaging processes align with manufacturing timelines and meet customer demands.|
