Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Help in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Assist with employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support HR projects related to training, performance management, and compensation.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR environment.
