Role Overview
As a Performance Marketer at Keynu, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and scaling paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
You will own campaign performance from strategy to reporting - understanding the audience, building effective campaigns, monitoring lead quality, identifying opportunities for optimization and working with the team to improve the complete customer journey from ad → lead → consultation → treatment → conversion.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, aware and hands-on, with a strong understanding of the latest developments in paid advertising, analytics, attribution and AI-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant digital platforms to drive qualified leads and patient acquisition.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end: Campaign strategy, audience targeting, budget allocation, ad setup, testing, optimization and performance reporting.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, ROAS and overall campaign profitability.
- Go beyond lead generation by tracking the complete funnel - from lead generation and consultation booking to treatment conversion and revenue - and use these insights to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, hooks, copies, formats and landing-page experiences based on campaign data.
- Conduct regular A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, landing pages and campaign structures to identify what drives the best results.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking systems, privacy changes, attribution updates, AI-powered campaign features and new ad formats.
- Use analytics and tracking tools effectively to understand campaign performance and user behaviour, identify drop-offs and make data-backed decisions.
- Work with CRM and internal teams to track lead quality, follow-ups, conversions and revenue, ensuring marketing performance is evaluated on business outcomes rather than just leads.
- Analyse campaign and customer data to identify high-performing treatments, audiences, geographies, creatives and acquisition channels.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability and return on investment.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management, highlighting what is working, what is not, why performance has changed and what should be done next.
- Research competitors and market trends within the aesthetics, dermatology, wellness and healthcare space to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Explore and implement new performance marketing opportunities, platforms, tools and AI-based solutions that can improve acquisition, automation, reporting or campaign efficiency.
