Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Oversee seamless onboarding and joining formalities.
- HR Operations & Administration: Handle emails, manage leave records, attendance tracking, and general administrative tasks, Employee Data.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, team events, picnics, feedback sessions, and surveys to foster a positive work environment.
- Employee Support & Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to leaves, compensation, and workplace concerns.
- Training & Development: Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Cost Tracking: Keeping records of all costs incurred for recruitment and employee engagement activities, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenses.
- HR Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and maintain HR reports, ensuring accurate data management and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, and general internet use.
- Prior experience in HR functions—especially recruitment and payroll.
- Good communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
