Job Summary
OneWill Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to support business development activities by connecting with prospective clients, introducing the company's consultancy services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients from the provided database.
- Introduce the company's consulting services and communicate their value effectively.
- Identify client requirements and generate qualified business leads.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client follow-up.
- Prepare daily activity reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Appointments scheduled.
- Lead conversion ratio.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Quality of customer interaction and communication.
JOB SPECIFICATION (JS)Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Business Administration is an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Email.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Hindi.
- Knowledge of Gujarati or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
