Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design of projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in visual communication
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques
- Co-lead (along with a Design Director) and participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and perspectives to solve creative challenges
- Create compelling visuals that resonate with our brand
- Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure brand consistency
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows
- Take ownership and lead projects under guidance and instruction of the Art Director
- Be involved in not just leading projects responsibly but also design coordination
- Working towards creative solutions
- Well versed and updated on design news, design trends and impact on the commercial environment
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience (3–6 years) in a senior creative role within the home, fashion or design industry
- Portfolio in branding, social media, content creation, photography, and design
- Good understanding of design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as basic animation
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from ideation to execution
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
