We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and coordinate residential and commercial construction projects in accordance with Indian building codes, local authority regulations, and client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and proficiency in architectural software.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Develop detailed construction drawings and coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams.
Ensure compliance with the National Building Code (NBC) of India, local municipal rules, and relevant standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
Prepare presentations, 3D visualizations, and design proposals.
Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and permits from local authorities.
Review material specifications and ensure design quality and cost efficiency.
Resolve design-related issues during construction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and construction projects.
Sound knowledge of Indian building regulations and construction practices.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar 3D software.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
Knowledge of building materials and construction methodologies.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential villa and commercial projects.
Knowledge of BIM workflows.
Experience in project coordination and site supervision.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
