Production Plant Head – Vehicle Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Production Plant Head to lead end-to-end vehicle manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, assembly line management, quality control, plant safety, manpower management, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle assembly operations including chassis, powertrain, wiring, testing, and PDI.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and productivity improvements.
- Lead production teams, shift planning, and workforce management.
- Coordinate with QA, SCM, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and manufacturing standards.
Requirements
- B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in automotive/EV manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of assembly line operations and production management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Industry: EV / Automotive / Commercial Vehicle Manufacturing.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
