About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely support and solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally while ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Field Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and monitor field marketing activities after conducting market research and identifying target opportunities.
- Represent the organization professionally during field visits, promotional activities, and customer interactions.
- Generate and qualify leads through field marketing campaigns and networking activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and share qualified opportunities with the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) team for further engagement.
- Market Intelligence & Business Development Support
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Attend requirement meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to understand project and business needs.
- Contribute valuable market insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
- Social Media & Campaign Support
- Support and manage social media engagement related to field marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in increasing brand visibility and customer engagement through online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Ensure account-related documentation and material statements are accurately reconciled and maintained.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on field marketing activities, lead generation efforts, customer interactions, and campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer engagement and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Field Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Support, or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Any Graduate.
- Candidates with qualifications in Marketing or Civil Engineering will be given additional preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
