- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Structural Engineering principles
- Strong foundation in Structural Analysis and Civil Engineering practices
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Prior experience in handling medium to large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus
