We are seeking a passionate and experienced Aesthetics and Cosmetology Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training in aesthetics, skincare, cosmetology, makeup, hair care, and beauty therapies while mentoring students to achieve industry-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training in aesthetics and cosmetology.
- Conduct student assessments and provide guidance for skill development.
- Prepare lesson plans and maintain academic records.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and industry standards are followed in practical sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty and wellness trends and technologies.
- Support student placements, workshops, and industry interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant industry and/or teaching experience.
- Strong practical skills, communication, and mentoring abilities.
- Professional certifications in aesthetics or cosmetology are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
